MATTHEW S. BLANK   Associate attorney with the firm; Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Blank worked for the NYS Dept. of Economic Development.  He researched and drafted Memoranda of Law involving empire zones, lobbying and non-profit organizations.  He also worked for a New York State Supreme Court Judge, where he researched and drafted decisions and orders on civil matters for the judge’s review.
